Civil Works

Concrete works and buildings

Our comprehensive portfolio includes various projects within SOC's oil fields and beyond. We specialize in diverse civil works, including sub-base layering, road construction, reinforced concrete pedestals, and pipeline support systems. Additionally, we excel in constructing housing complexes, multi-story buildings, and educational institutions like a two-floor school in Basra. Our expertise extends to fuel stations for SOC, North and South Rumaila, and P54, where we handle everything from reinforced concrete bases, road networks, and underground fuel tank installations to extending fuel pipelines and service building construction. Moreover, we've successfully erected communication towers, standing at an impressive 76 meters, in the RS3 of SOC. We also execute concrete projects of various dimensions, showcasing our versatility and proficiency in delivering a wide range of construction services.

Steel Works

Our diverse project portfolio encompasses the construction of steel warehouse sheds in various sizes, equipped with overhead cranes with capacities ranging from 5 to 20 tons, and mezzanines of different dimensions, serving clients such as North & South Rumaila, SOC, and the Iraqi Ports Company. We also execute structural steel stages supported by 50-meter piles, designed to hold pumps and 40'' diameter water pipes for projects like the Al-Jubila Pumping Station and AL Hartha Emergency Pumps, in collaboration with Mott MacDonald Company. Additionally, we are adept at erecting communication towers, with impressive heights of 76 meters, within the RS3 of SOC.

Earth Works

Our capabilities span various projects, including the execution of extensive areas filled with quality materials and layered sub-base, ensuring proper compaction for each layer. We excel in constructing ground reservoirs of varying depths below ground level, transforming them into protected fuel tanks with concrete structures. Moreover, we undertake the construction of essential roads within the South Oil Company sites, facilitating service access for interconnecting oil stations across the oil field. We are also committed to repairing the strategic road network of the South Oil Company, serving as vital links between pumping stations. Lastly, we engage in earthworks and maintenance efforts to support the embankments of the strategic line spanning from As Samawa to AL Ramadi region, enhancing infrastructure reliability and resilience.

Electrical Works

Our versatile services encompass the construction of electrical stations, including the supply and installation of transformers, high-tension electrical boards, and high-low tension cables of various sizes. Additionally, we excel in installing high poles for street lighting, which is one of the many tasks we undertake within projects. We're skilled at fixing H poles with link fuse and knife switch poles to support 3-ph electric lines. Our expertise extends to supplying, installing, and testing transformers of different KVA ratings and control panels for pumps and other equipment. Furthermore, we specialize in extending underground electrical cables, involving excavation of channels of varying sizes, cable installation within these channels, and the necessary connection works with transformers and related equipment.

Mechanical work

Our comprehensive services encompass a range of projects, including the construction of crude oil pipelines of various diameters and lengths for the South Oil Company. We also excel in completing water treatment plant projects, which involve intakes structures, sedimentation tanks, filtration systems, storage tanks, chemical and administration buildings, and main and intermediate pumping stations. Furthermore, we execute sewage treatment plant projects, covering pumping stations, sand traps, primary sedimentation, concrete channel intermediate pumping stations, secondary sedimentation tanks, and activate sludge pumping stations. In collaboration with the CPA and Mott MacDonald Company, we've undertaken the construction of the Al-Jubaila Water Treatment Project, which included the rehabilitation of the Shean water treatment plant and the development of a new pier. Additionally, we've successfully constructed the Al-Hartha Low Lift Emergency Pump in partnership with Mott MacDonald, involving the construction of a new jetty (steel structure stage), steel sheds, and the installation of pumps with all necessary accessories, as well as maintenance and repair of water stations and the main pipeline network.
